European Statutory Instruments Committee publishes eighth report

Following the Committee’s conference on Tuesday 21 July, its eighth report of Session 2019-21 has in fact been published.

The report details four proposed undesirable instruments laid by the Federal federal government and considered by the Committee at its sorting meeting. The Committee agreed that the negative treatment needs to apply to all four instruments:

  • The Return of Cultural Things (Cancellation) (EU Exit) (Adjustment) Regulations 2020
  • The Cross-border Parcel Shipment (Modification) (No. 2) (EU Exit) Laws 2020
  • The Cleaner Roadway Transport Autos (Modification) (EU Exit) Laws 2020
  • The Limitation on Quantitative Restrictions (EU Exit) Laws 2020

The Committee will next please on 8 September.
